Distressed Owner/Occupant Extension

Applications for Distressed Owner/Occupant Extension

If you own and occupy your property as your principle residence, and you know that you will be unable to pay the full balance owed for the 2009 delinquency by the March 31, 2012 deadline, you can apply for a Distressed Owner/Occupant Extension.  A Distressed Owner/ Occupant Extension will give you until December 12, 2012 to pay those taxes, BUT it does not stop the interest from accruing.
