PROGRAMS

• Accounting and Financial Reporting The purpose of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Program is to provide internal and external financial reports and oversight services to County departments, other governmental entities and the public, so they can have relevant, timely and accurate information they need to make financial decision.


• Billings and Collections The purpose of the Billings and Collections Program is to provide billing and consultation services to County Departments and elected officials so they can meet their annual revenue targets.


• Cash Management and Accounts Payable The purpose of the Cash Management and Accounts Payable program is to provide payment, fund transfer, and information report services to County departments, employees, vendors and other governmental entities, so they can receive timely and accurate payments for services delivered to the County.


• Compliance Review The purpose of the Compliance Review Program is to provide oversight and reporting services to Wayne County departments and external agencies so that they can have the information they need to administer grant programs in compliance with grantor requirements and County policy and procedures.


• Payroll The purpose of the Payroll Program is to provide payment and reporting services to County employees and departments, and other governmental entities in a cost effective manner, so they can receive timely wages, tax and other reports.
